Properly prepared cooked food is unlikely to get you sick with COVID-19. Although there could be some risk from the person-to-person interaction of picking up food or getting delivery, this might still be lower than going to a grocery store when it is very crowded. Either way, wash your hands before you eat.
Preliminary information suggests that SARS-CoV-2 (like other coronaviruses) can last for up to several days on surfaces, depending on the type of surface and environmental conditions. Surfaces can be cleaned with alcohol- or bleach-based disinfectants.
