Information Collection Statement

We make this question and answer service available to you as a convenience. We will do our best to provide you with the best information available and to keep information accurate and up-to-date, but the situation is changing rapidly, so we can’t guarantee this. We will date and provide a source for answers. If you notice something is incorrect or outdated, please contact us ([email protected]).

You shouldn’t rely on us for medical advice. You should seek medical advice from a licensed professional and follow the instructions of government authorities.

To provide this service, we work with a network of partners and volunteers, who may help us to process your request and answer your question.  If you email us with a question, our team will use your name and email address to communicate with you. We will add your question and our response to the knowledge base for the benefit of others. We do not publish your name or email address.

Please do not provide us with any additional personally identifiable information beyond your name and email address.
